This qualification allows students the opportunity to garnish knowledge, understanding both technical and practical skills related to a range of management areas including teamwork, project management, independent research, international marketing and managing innovation and change

 HND

A Diploma in  HND is equivalent to the second year of a Bachelors degree. It takes two years of full-time study to complete, or three to four part time, and is designed to equip you with skills relevant to your chosen career. Those looking to enter practical industries such as health and social care, engineering or agriculture may benefit more from an HND than they would a Bachelors degree. Designed with involvement from universities, employers, students and professional bodies, BTEC Higher Nationals provide real world experience, as well as academic knowledge. This ensures students leave with expertise recognised by business and industry, and the flexibility to go straight into employment, or progress to a degree.

Level 4

The Level 4 qualification in Management and Leadership is suitable for learners working or looking to be promoted to a management or leadership role within their working environment. Learners will gain professional knowledge and skills of management and leadership. This course is suitable in various field such as Management and Leadership in Healthcare Sector, Business Administration, Construction, factories amongst others

 Level 5

The purpose of the qualification is to develop the underpinning knowledge of learners who are middle managers to enable them to lead and manage individuals and teams, develop strategic plans and manage strategic change. The qualification is suitable for managers in a wide range of occupations and sectors and gives them the opportunity to demonstrate management skills
