The qualification allows students the opportunity to gain knowledge, understanding based skills which are closely related to a range of management areas including: businesses roles and functions, creating marketing plans, human resource management, and to comprehend the role of a leader and the functions of a manager and to be able to distinguish between been an effective leader and an effective manager. Students will develop knowledge and practical skills in relation to management accounting, project management principles, innovation and entrepreneurship.
